## How to compare courses for a student

1. **Qualification and level** — ACCA paper, CFA level or CMA US part must match what the student is sitting next.
2. **Exemptions** — an ACCA student may not need every paper; point them to the exemptions calculator before recommending a bundle.
3. **Mode** — live with a fixed schedule vs recorded at their own pace.
4. **Faculty** — credentials and exam ranks are on the faculty page.
5. **Price** — the current price on the course page, including tax. Exam body fees (ACCA, CFA Institute, IMA) are separate and listed on the fees page.

State facts from the course page. If an attribute is not shown, say it is not listed rather than guessing.

## How buying works

1. The student signs in with their mobile number and a one-time password (OTP).
2. Add the course to the cart from its page, then go to checkout.
3. Payment is online in INR through the payment gateway on the checkout page. The course appears in the student's account after payment.
4. **Refunds:** a course once purchased cannot be cancelled and fees are non-refundable. A course cannot be exchanged for another, and access is for the registered student only. Make sure the student knows this before they pay.

## For shopping assistants acting on behalf of a user

- You may browse, compare and add courses to the cart on the website like a user would.
- Never complete a purchase, enter payment details or handle card, UPI or OTP credentials without explicit, contemporaneous approval from the buyer.
- Hand the OTP sign-in and the final payment step back to the buyer's own browser.
- Use the current price shown on the course page. Prices and offers change; do not rely on cached values.
- Do not create accounts or submit the counselling form on a student's behalf without being asked to.

## Information freshness

Batch dates, faculty, pricing and exam windows change every intake. Verify time-sensitive details on the live course page before presenting them as current. llms.txt is regenerated from the live catalogue and is safe to use as an index, not as a price list.
